- License to use contract template language to prevent being forced into small-claims court
- License to use contract template language to prevent physicians being defamed on the Internet
- Access to program to address unwarranted requests for refunds or write-offs
- Allocation of up to $100,000 as assignee to pursue viable counterclaims, when requested and appropriate

Prospective: provides basic forward-events benefits, effective from the date of membership.
Retroactive: provides past-events benefits for medical events that occurred prior to membership, with a benefits option dating back as far as residency.
PE Shield : addresses pre-existing, open medical malpractice cases. This plan provides benefits for physicians with a pending medical malpractice lawsuit that was filed prior to Medical Justice membership.
