Tina Vinsant is a registered nurse with a BSN from Lincoln Memorial University in East Tennessee. Tina has been a nurse for six years. She worked for four and a half years in a Progressive Care Unit at the region’s only level one trauma center. She worked as a team leader in this PCU as a certified Progressive Critical Care Nurse for over a year. She has since moved to the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit and is now a certified Critical Care Registered Nurse. Tina also operates her own podcast, Good Nurse, Bad Nurse.

Tina Vinsant has been a nurse since 2015. Returning to school at an older age when her children were older, she has worked on a cardiac step-down unit, in telephone triage, and currently serves patients in a progressive care unit. She began her podcast in 2018. Since she enjoys listening to true crime podcasts and realized there wasn’t one dedicated to medical stories, she decided to create one. Her mission for “Good Nurse Bad Nurse” is to encourage and unite people working in the medical field.
